These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CARD by Rapido Connect LLC (“CARD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our NFC business cards, digital profiles, and related online services. By purchasing, activating, or using our NFC cards or digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. General terms of service

CARD provides NFC-enabled physical cards and digital business card services designed to help you share your professional information. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or updating your digital profile.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your profile content complies with all applicable laws and does not contain misleading or harmful information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or limit your access if we detect abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service.

2. Orders, production, and delivery

All NFC cards are custom-made based on the design, name, and details you provide during the order. Production begins only after payment and required information are submitted.

• Processing and shipping times may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
• CARD is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, courier issues, or customs clearance.
• Once a card is dispatched, ownership responsibility transfers to the customer.

3. Strict refund & return policy

Due to the customized nature of NFC cards, CARD enforces a strict No Refund Policy once a card is produced or delivered.

• No refunds after the card has been produced or delivered, regardless of customer changes of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.
• Refunds or replacements are only offered if the NFC card is proven defective or does not function properly.
• A claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
• CARD reserves the right to approve or reject warranty claims based on inspection.

4. Digital profile responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all the content you upload to your digital profile. CARD does not review, verify, or endorse user-provided content.

• You may not upload hateful, illegal, copyrighted, or misleading content.
• CARD may remove profiles that violate laws or these Terms without prior notice.
• You are responsible for updating or editing your information when required.

5. NFC card warranty

CARD provides warranty only for hardware defects such as inactive or unreadable NFC chips.

• Damage caused by misuse, bending, scratches, heat exposure, or water is not covered.
• If a product is intentionally damaged or mishandled, no replacement will be provided.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARD by Rapido Connect LLC is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of business, sales, or reputation resulting from use of the NFC card or digital profile.
• Technical issues, downtime, or interruptions in service.

7. User compliance

Users agree not to misuse the platform or provide any false, harmful, or defamatory information. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

8. Updates to terms

CARD may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
